You can book up to a maximum of 10 tickets for your family provided that you must all travel together.
You need to book your tickets at least 48 hours before your flight departure with AirAsia X in Kuala Lumpur and/or Brisbane. To avoid delay, we recommend that you book your shuttle ticket immediately after youhave organised your flight booking with AirAsia X.
Before you make your booking, please study the information on our routes, stops, schedules and fares to ensure that our services suit your needs.
Bookings By Passengers Using Other Airlines
AAExpress Bus Schedules are primarily designed to serve passengers of Air Asia X flights. However, our services are open to passengers using other airlines that fly in and out of Gold Coast Airport. You can use our services if our schedules suit your flight times. Prices are the same for all passengers. Please study our bus schedules before you make your booking. We will not be responsible for any delay caused by changes
Itinerary
AAExpress will send your itinerary (with a Booking Reference) to your email address after you have completed your booking. If you make a phone booking, we will send it to you by email or fax.
We also provide you with a link for you to print the map of the stop locations and bus schedule. Please bring the itinerary and travel information along when you travel.
Fare Rules
Please read and understand the following rules before you make your booking:

Tickets will be cancelled for no-show or failure to change the travel date before the prescribed time (48 hours) prior to travel. No refund will be made for cancelled tickets.

The validity period of ticket will be 6 months from date of travel date. In the case of return ticket, the validity will be 6 months from the travel date of the return journey.

Changes to travel date are allowed within the 6 month validity period as stated in Rule 2 above. However, changes to routes or names of passengers are not allowed.

Changes to travel date must be made at least 48 hours prior to the local time of your flight departure.

For bookings involving two (2) or more passengers, all must travel together at the same time or at any subsequent date if and when a change is made.

A fee of $5.00 is chargeable each time a change is made.

Changing Your Travel Date
AAExpress allows you to change your travel date if and when you change your flight plans. You can access your itinerary through the “View/Change Booking” Box on our website. Enter your user name and password and the system will guide you as follows:
- Select the trip that you want the travel to be changed.
- Change the travel date.
- Check and confirm your new itinerary that shows your new travel date;
- Pay the administrative fee and print the new itinerary.

Payment for Bus Tickets
AAExpress accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard credit cards through the secured online payment system of Westpac Bank in Australia when you make your online booking.
If you purchase your tickets by phone, you can pay by credit cards or by paying the monies into our bank account prior to us confirming your booking. If you use the latter method, you need to fax us a copy of the bank deposit slip. For credit card payments, you need to give the card details to us to process payment. Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm receipt of your payment and booking by email or fax.
Information Security
AAEXpress enforces a high standard of information security. Our booking system resides on a secure server that encrypts your personal and travel information.
AAExpress does not store your credit card details in our computer system. Your credit card details are only used by Wespac Bank each time you make payment online or by us when you make a phone booking.
